We consult and contract in every scope of the supply chain, procurement, logistics, cost-savings, vendor management, inventory management, planning and fulfillment, etc. W.J. Hawk Consulting LLC has over 45 years’ experience starting at the foundation (production) through to the end customer. W.J. Hawk Consulting LLC understands the importance of cross-functional teams and training, KPIs, community, strategic planning, and execution.

A proven record of crisis management/resolution, over $35MM of costs savings, countless hours of time savings (through process improvement). Experience with managing over $100MM in inventory, improving output through eliminating waste and strategic planning. We are an organization comprised of “doers” and not professionals that will come tell you what is wrong and abandoned you. We will see the project from beginning to end.
